Once the discovery process is complete, we will create a detailed visual walkthrough of your new system, including all customization costs and a timeline for implementation. Our team will oversee every aspect of the implementation process, from training and implementation to ongoing adjustments, to ensure that the system is customized to meet your union’s needs perfectly.

During the development phase, we will provide progress report milestones for your staff to validate the customizations and confirm that they are functioning as intended. After the customizations are completed, we will import your existing data into the new system, and your staff will have the opportunity to validate the migrated information and set user permissions.

We understand that transitioning to a new system can be a daunting process, so we will schedule online user trainings and specify a go-live date to ensure a smooth transition. We will not charge any monthly fees until the system is ready for use, and we will be available to provide additional support and make any necessary adjustments to the system after it goes live.
