Follow-ups

Clean up the clutter and frustration of missed tasks. With built in follow-ups, staff will always know what they need to do and by when. Simply create a follow up aka task and assign it to one or more staff. The staff are able to receive a notification via text or email with all the follow-up details and a link that they can easily refer back to. At any given moment you can see which tasks are completed, which ones are still in progress and who was assigned to what task.
